Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Afterhours. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afterhours mobile application ("App") and its associated services. By signing up and using Afterhours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Data Policies.

1. License Grant
Afterhours grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Afterhours.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.

3. User Conduct
By using Afterhours, you agree that you will not:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Post objectionable, offensive, or illegal content.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Afterhours has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Community Interaction (Comments)
Users can post comments within the App. You are solely responsible for your contributions. All content must comply with our community guidelines and the restrictions above.

Reports of inappropriate behavior or content will be reviewed manually within 24 hours.

5. Location Use
Afterhours uses your device's location solely to show your real-time position on the map to enhance venue discovery. We do not store or collect your location data.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and software provided through Afterhours is the property of Afterhours and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Afterhours at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Afterhours after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
